Heritage homes are priced from the 130's to 350's throughout Bartow, Cobb, Douglas, Paulding and South Fulton Counties; with house sizes ranging from 1,100 to over 5,000 square feet. Homes are priced affordably to fit your life and families needs.

Warranty

Heritage provides a one year warranty provided by the builder. Heritage also purchases 2-10 Warranty from 2-10 Homes Buyers Warranty Corporation on every home to ensure that our customers are protected. This provides the 10 years of structural protection.
